Job Posting: tEQuitable

The Oakland-based startup that provides external Ombuds services through a technology-enabled platform, is hiring a part-time contract Organizational Ombuds. The fully remote position will provide assistance to employees of client organizations, offering conflict coaching and consultation while identifying systemic workplace issues and trends. Off-hours work is permitted.

Applicants should have either three years of experience as a corporate Organizational Ombuds, professional coach, or mediator; more than 10 years as a people manager; or five years as a DEI consultant or trainer. The company says it will provide formal Ombuds training for candidates who do not already have it and is particularly interested in applicants with experience working within and advocating for communities of color and other underrepresented identities. No salary or application deadline is provided. (tEQuitable Careers.)
