Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Adds an Associate Ombuds

In February 2025, Mireille Aubrey was named the Associate Ombuds for the federal agency that regulates agriculture in Canada, Agriculture et Agroalimentaire Canada. (Elianne Hall, who had headed the AAFC Ombuds Office as the Workplace Well-Being Ombuds, appears to have left the organization earlier this year.) As the Associate Ombuds, Aubrey provides services to all AAFC employees with workplace concerns and is based in Ottawa. 

Aubrey has worked for AAFC for over five years and moved into the position after serving as the Special Advisor to the Ombudsperson.
