The Office of the Ombuds at UCSF, a top-tier academic healthcare institution, has posted a job opening for a full-time, 12-month contract Associate Ombuds. The position will report to Director Maureen Brodie and join a team of three Ombuds and a Program Coordinator.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree; completion of IOA Foundations course and workplace mediation training; and five years of experience as an Ombuds, including group mediation and facilitation.
