Penn State Schuylkill Appoints First Faculty Ombuds

The Pennsylvania State University campus in Schuylkill Haven has named Michael Cardamone as its first ever Ombuds and Rod Heisey as the Alternate Ombuds. Penn State Schuylkill enrolls about 800 students and has 50 full-time academic staff. Cardamone is an emeritus professor of physics. Heisey is professor and program coordinator in the Department of Biology. (PSU Schuylkill Faculty Ombuds.)
