The TSA's Ombudsman Division is hiring two full-time Ombudsman Specialists in Springfield, Virginia. The jobs are within the Civil Liberties, Ombudsman and Traveler Engagement Office. Travel is not required and telework may be available.Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, have at least one year of relevant conflict resolution experience (e.g. mediation, facilitation, conflict coaching), and complete a background check.
