The United Nations Ombudsman and Mediation Services is hiring a Conflict Resolution Officer to be based in its Entebbe Regional Office. The position provides informal conflict resolution services to UN staff in Entebbe, as well as offices and missions in the region, and reports to the Regional Ombudsman, Selome Yifru.

Applicants must have advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant area or equivalent experience; and at least five years of professional experience.  Experience in alternate dispute resolution, and UN work experience are preferred.  For this post, English fluency is required and knowledge of French or another UN language is desirable.  Applications are due September 15, 2022.
