Job Posting: Financial Industry Regulatory Authority

The non-governmental organization that regulates member brokerage firms and exchange markets in the U.S., is hiring an Associate Director, Ombudsman. The full-time position reports to the FINRA Ombudsman, Sarah Gill, and can be based in one of 17 U.S. cities. In addition to managing conflicts and complaints, the position works with senior management and represents the office at industry events.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience, and strong knowledge of the securities industry. Spanish fluency is preferred. No salary or application deadline indicated. (FINRA Workday Jobs.)
