The private research university in Cambridge is hiring an Ombuds II to join an office headed by Melissa Brodrick that currently includes Adam Barak Kleinberger and Lisa Neale, and two consulting Ombuds, Tyler Smith and Howard Gadlin.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least ten years of experience, and mediation or Foundations training. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in a related field, extensive Ombuds and academic/higher education experience designing and conducting training. The salary range for the position is $121,200 to $215,600 per year ($168,400 mid-point).
