Research Request: Participants for Study on Leadership and Employee Accountability

Bina Patel, an Ombuds, conflict resolution consultant, and former IOA Board Member, is recruiting participants for a research study on leadership behaviors and employee accountability. The project is being conducted by graduate researchers in the Industrial & Organizational Psychology program at George Mason University and examines how employees perceive their manager’s leadership behaviors and expectations related to job performance.

Participation is open to individuals who are 18 or older, currently employed (full- or part-time), and have an immediate manager who oversees their work and performance. The confidential survey takes about 10 minutes to complete, and the researchers hope to gather approximately 150 participants. Responses will be used for academic purposes only, no identifying information will be collected, and participants may withdraw at any time. (GMU Qualtrics.)
