Job Posting: Johns Hopkins University

JHU is seeking an Associate Ombudsperson to join its Ombuds Office. The full-time, remote position will report to University Ombudsperson Annalisa Peterson and serve staff, graduate and postdoctoral students, fellows, and programs following IOA standards. The position requires some travel to JHU campuses. 

Applicants must have a PhD, JD, or equivalent advanced degree in Conflict Resolution, Organizational Development, or a related field and at least three years of relevant experience. Certification in mediation and/or completion of IOA Ombuds Foundations Training is required, although the training may be completed after hiring. Knowledge of higher education and research environments is preferred. The starting salary range is $102,295–$179,375. (JHU Careers.)
