The parent company of Ashford University and University of the Rockies has hired Jen Graf as an Associate Ombuds. She joins Ombudsman Michael Kilpatrick, who set up Bridgepoint's Ombuds office last year.
Graf was an Ombuds at the University of Hawaii Manoa until the office was closed by budget cuts in the Summer of 2009. She earned her BA at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and her MA in Psychology from UH. (HT: Michael Kilpatrick.)
