The International Ombudsman Association will offer its primary training courses at Pepperdine University in Malibu on June 10-12, 2010.
- Ombudsman 101 (June 10-12) is a 2½-day introductory program for new Ombudsman or those seeking information about the organizational Ombudsman role. Instructors include Wendy Friede, Donna Louden, Tom Sebok, and David Talbot.
- Ombudsman 101 Plus (June 12) is a half-day course for organizations and entrepreneurs who want to get started, taught by Wendy Friede.
