Job Posting: UN Funds and Programmes

The United Nations' global development network has opened a search for a Consultant Ombudsman. The position reports to the Deputy Ombudsman for UN Funds and Programmes and will "enhace the operation capacity ... of the Office." Some travel to UNDP field offices is required. 

Applicants must have Master’s degree in alternative dispute resolution or law (Master’s degrees in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Counselling and other social sciences may be considered); Twenty years of relevant professional experience, including ten years at the international level in ADR (and some work experience as an Ombuds); and fluency in English (proficiency in another UN language is an asset).
