The Department of the Interior's Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution is
hiring a Lead Conflict Management Specialist based in Arlington, Virginia. The position leads the leads the Department's conflict management and dispute resolution programs, which includes Ombuds services. Some travel is required (1-5 nights per month) and the position is also eligible for telework.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens and complete a background check. The position is GS-15 and the pay ranges from is $142,701 to $170,800 per year.
