The Boston-based health care provider's Office of Mediation, Coaching, Ombuds and Support Services is hiring a full-time Ombuds. Reporting to the Director of OMCOSS, Donald Proby, the position provides Ombuds services to students, staff, trainees, administrators, nurses, and academic faculty members following IOA standards. (The office is also hiring a mediator.)

Applicants must have a relevant college degree (e.g. psychology, social work, conflict resolution, mediation, organizational behavior, higher education, or counseling) and at least three years of Ombuds experience. Advanced certification in conflict transformation or dispute resolution, mediation, Ombuds, negotiation, or other related experience is preferred. No salary or closing date indicated.
