University of Gjakova Appoints First Ombuds

Bajram Nuraj has been elected by the faculty as the first Ombudsperson for Universiteti i Gjakovës "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakovë, Republic of Kosovo. (The university was founded in 2012 and is named for Fehmi Agani, a leading Kosovar sociologist and politician.) As the Ombuds, Nuraj will serve all members of the university community and practice to IOA standards. He will serve a four-year term. Nuraj has been a Professor in the Department of Clinical Anatomy at the University of Prishtina, Kosova. (UGJFA Ombuds.)
