The federal K-12 school system is hiring an Associate Ombudsman. (It is unclear whether this position will join the ADR/CM Program Manager, which is being filled currently, or if this is a rebranded position.) The full-time position is within the Office of the Chief of Staff Ombuds and Resolution Services Branch in Alexandria, Virginia.  The position is telework eligible and up to 20% travel may be expected.

Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level (including: developing, implementing, and managing ADR/CM initiatives, programs; and/or serving as a facilitator, mediator, conflict coach, and/or practitioner for workplace dispute resolution).
