Job Posting: Concordia University

The public university in Montreal is hiring a full-time Associate Ombudsperson for a three-year contract. The position will report to Concordia's Ombudsperson, Amy Fish, and serve all members of the Concordia community. It is not clear whether or not the search will fill a position currently held by Associate Ombuds, Firas Ayoub. In 2023-24, the office opened 625 files.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, four to seven years of work experience in a conflict resolution role in a complex administrative environment, very good knowledge (Level 5) of spoken and written English, and good knowledge (Level 4) of spoken and written French.
